CONDITIONS
When you
make a booking with Zante Holiday Bureau, you have your contract
with our Company, a Reputable Firm operating under the licence of
Deborah Caroline Hills, The Best of Zante Travel Services a fully bonded Greek Travel
Agency, our licence is number 08-28-E-61-00-01163-0-1. We are
responsible for all arrangements made through us at The Best of
Zante office.
The reservation is made, according to the information provided to us
by you and all details are confirmed to you with our invoice.
Bookings are accepted over the phone, or Internet. The person who
makes the booking must be over 18 years old.
A deposit to secure your booking is required of €50 per person and
this can be paid from any bank in the UK or other European countries
to our account. If the arrival date is within 8 weeks of the booked
date then a full payment of the invoice is to be made. Call us first
to check availability or contact us by E-mail to make your
reservation.
The price you pay is Guaranteed and no surcharges will apply unless
otherwise stated.
A written
confirmation/invoice for your booking will be sent to you within 7
days of receipt of your request booking form if booked by phone or
if booked through Internet an E Mail confirmation will be returned
straight away.
Final payment of
your holiday is required 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
No reminder will be sent.
Amendments to bookings must be made initially by telephone or E mail
to our office and then confirmed in writing, addressed to our office
at Zante Holiday Bureau. (A fee of €50 will be made for all
amendments).
All properties are fully insured as required by EU Laws. We strongly
recommend that you take personal holiday insurance before you
travel.
For cancellations, if made more than 70 days prior to your holiday
loss of deposit. If 70-45 days 50% of the total holiday cost is
charged. 45-0 days full cancellation charges apply.
Money security : Your money is paid to Zante Holiday Bureau.
Vacation of rooms is at 12.00 noon. If you are departing late most
properties can offer you a day use room or if you arrange with our
office we can get you one if one is not available at your property
at a small charge. If you want just a left luggage facility, our
office can arrange this for you free of charge.
A refundable breakage deposit of €50 for studios, €100 for
apartments and €150 for villas is required on arrival. This deposit
is refunded in full on the day of departure as long as all is in
order with your accommodation.
Cleaning and linen change is done in self catering twice a week,
unless otherwise stated in the property description. In Villas is
three times a week linen change and every day cleaning of the Villa.
Rubbish is collected in all properties every day. If you require
your apartment or studio to be cleaned daily, this can be arranged
at an extra charge. Cleaning in hotels varies from property to
property but linens are changed at least twice a week and cleaning
is performed regularly.
Complaints: In the unlikely event of something going wrong with your
Holiday Arrangements booked through our office, you have to make
your complaint to our office immediately, so it can be rectified to
your satisfaction the soonest possible. No complaints will be
accepted unless registered on resort with our office.
If you have any enquiries about the booking or the confirmation or
any irregularities to your reservation this must be reported
immediately to our office so it can be rectified immediately.
The reservations for the accommodation or car hire are made only for
the persons named on our booking form and confirmation/invoice.
It is a condition of all bookings made through our office, that
general good behaviour by your party during your stay is expected in
order not to disturb other holiday makers or to upset the property
owners or our office staff.
