We can offer diving holidays either for larger groups or individuals with the flexibility to dive as little or as much as you wish, we also offer the freedom to choose the type of property that you wish to stay in from our program. We have diving companies in both Laganas and Keri Lake who we work with. Water temperature varies between 20 °C in May to 28 – 30 °C in August. Visibility ranges from 20 to 50 meters. The diving season starts at the end of April and ends late October, these being the best diving months of the year. Zakynthos has crystal clear waters and is a perfect spot for novice and experienced divers alike. The diving centre which we use has two diving boats, one 9m and one 12m. There are 15 different dive sites that you can visit (maximum depth 30 metres). The dive sites include giant rocks, great cave systems and give you a chance to study the rich underwater life you can see octopus, moray, lobsters, gropers and an amazing array of different fish including ornate wrasse, onion fish and rainbow wrasse. The visibility of the waters is very good and ideal for photography, the normal visibility is about 50 metres. In many cases you will see Careta Careta while you dive and also sometimes the rare Monachus seals can be seen which inhabit this area. It is also possible to experience a night dive if this interests you. We can also offer PADI courses Learners or Advanced and CMAS courses 1*-4*. For the novice we offer Try a Dive which is half theory and half shallow water diving, and for children between age 7 and 11. Also if part of your group are non-divers it is possible to join the diving parties just for the boat trip. The diving companies that we work with are run by fully qualified staff, fully equipped and licensed up to EEC Standards and all safety aspects are met.
