Studios consist of 8 double studios and a one bedroomed self
contained apartment on the 2nd floor with private access. Each
studio apartment is about 30sqm and is furnished for 2-3 persons.
The rooms are equipped with kitchenette, bathroom, balcony, TV and
air conditioning system.
The apartment is a spacious 60sqm and has a good size balcony of
about 30sq.m. The apartment is suitable for 2-5 persons and has
beautiful sea views from the balcony and views of the countryside
from the kitchen. It has a double bedroom for two persons, a living
room with space for another three people to sleep, a kitchen and a
bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower. The apartment was built in
1992 above the existing studios and offers an air conditioning
system and TV. The property was completely refurbished in 2004 and
has been finished in a beautiful traditional style.
The studios and the apartment have generous balconies and offer good
quality holiday accommodation. The area immediately around the block
of apartments offers ample parking. There is a children’s play area
with trampoline available.
The property is in the local district of Roma in Vassilikos and is
about 400m from Porto-Roma beach and 1 km from Gerakas beach, which
takes part in the conservation of the sea turtles, Caretta Caretta.
Gerakas beach is considered as one of the most beautiful beaches on
the island. Within a 3km radius there are other beaches such as St.
Nicholas Beach, Dafni Beach and Banana Beach
They offer facilities to suit all tastes for relaxation or
activities. We offer a quiet and family holiday environment with
olive groves, small supermarkets (larger supermarkets can be found
in Zakynthos town) family restaurants and bars. About 100m away
there is a pool with a bar where you can have breakfast or snacks
and spend the day.
